Woohoo! The kickstarter campaign was successfully funded a couple of weeks ago and I've been working my tail off recording and wrangling musicians. This week was drums, trumpet, upright bass and baritone guitar on a few songs and next week is maybe dobro and some other backing vocals. Can't begin to tell you how excited I am about this collection of songs and how honored I feel to be able to bring them into the world. Might be releasing a single in the next couple of weeks - early, but the song feels too relevant to keep to myself - it's inspired by the Jasper Johns painting ‘Flag’ if that gives you some idea. I'll keep you posted and thanks for your support in making this possible :-) Doing a few dates in Germany next month and then will be filling in some more stuff in the US in June and throughout the summer.
